How much is the deposit to secure date?
There's a non refundable deposit of 25% required to secure booking. The outstanding amount is due 7 days prior to event.
How long is the hire?
All our equipment are hired out for 4hours at a time. This excludes set up and pack down time. We may be able to extend hire time at a cost depending on availability.
Can I have play equipment set up outside?
Yes, we can set bounce houses & soft play equipment on flat, dry surfaces only. We would like to advise there be an indoor option as back up because there will be no refunds due to cancellations & weather.

What are the Play rules?
Soft Play - Ages 0-6years
Bounce houses - Ages 0-8years
No shoes
No Face paint or Slime this will stain our soft play
No food or drink is to be on or near equipment
No water play
No art pens, paint, utensils or glitter
Children are to be supervised at all times
What's your covid cancellation policy?
Bookings affected by covid, due to health pandemic/covid alert level restrictions. There is an option to transfer the deposit & booking to the next preferred available date. If you choose to cancel we will refund all money, minus the non refundable deposit.
